1. How to create a Free listing for your event?

  1. The first step is to register by creating an account. Take the following steps to create an account...
  2. Use the navigation menu to go to the Account Login page on our site.
  3. Click the Don't Have An Account link on the Account Login page.
  4. Fill out the User Registration form to create an account on our site.
  5. After you create an account and login, click the Submit My Events menu link. You can contact us and suggest a new category heading if your event does not fit into one of the existing categories in our calendar.
  6. Fill out the Add Event form and submit it for us to review and approve. We recommend that you view some of the event listings on the website to get ideas on what information to use in your listing. This will assist you with filling out the Add Event form for your event listing. We recommend that you add as much information about your event as possible into the data fields for your listing. This will increase the number of users that view your event listing on our website and in online search results.

You can have up to 50 data files, photos and videos linked with your Event listing! Follow these steps to add your files, photos and videos to your listing:

  • DATA FILES: We add a secure link for users to view or download your listing data files. You can have up to 50 data files with max 50 MB size for all the data files. Send us an email with your data files or the online link to your data files.
  • PHOTOS: We add a secure link for users to view a photo gallery slideshow of your listing photos. You can have up to 50 photos with max 50 MB size for all the photos. Send us an email with your photos or the online link to your photos.
  • VIDEOS: We add a secure link for users to view your listing videos. You can have linked videos. Send us an email with the online link to your videos.

Please remember to include your Event listing ID number in your email so we know which listing to add the files to!

 

2. How to Edit or Update your event listing?

  1. Login after you create an account.
  2. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Directory Menu click the My Page link.
  3. Then click the Listings tab in your account profile.
  4. Then click the Edit link for your listing(s) to make changes.
  5. You can view your updated event listing online when you receive an email confirmation after the site administrator has approved the listing edits.
  6. When viewing our websites please remember to refresh your web browser so you see our updated webpage content and login pages.

 

3. How to add Recurring event listings?

Recurring events are events that occur on repetitive, multiple days/dates. Create your event listing. Then email us and let us know how often and on what days you want your event to be a recurring event.

 

4. How to get a Featured listing for your event?

We offer a Featured Event Listing option. Click to see examples of the Featured Listing option. Featured Listings stand out and get noticed because they are always displayed first at the top of the event categories. Please contact us if you have any questions.
